Very fun place.. I will say though the staff at the steak restaurant were not very accommodating, they made me feel very uncomfortable and I nearly had to beg to sit at the table where my daughter and family could view the dance floor. I had to explain that It was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to eat and then go on to dance.. I explained I wanted to watch her and the dance show while my family and I ate. After many eye rolls from the two host they finally allowed us to sit somewhere that worked for us, it was a very ugly feeling the way host staff made us feel. I will say even though one of the host went and complained about us to other staff, the server was still very kind and friendly. The younger staff at different locations at the lodge are not too informative and when you ask them a question they give a “why you bothering me”, type of look.. I will say though the housekeeping staff is so helpful and went above and beyond to direct my family and I around the lodge. Also the dancing crew are all so fun and happy to be there. I was confused why Dunkin closed so early, especially since everything else was open. Other than that my daughter and family had a blast I loved that the arcade stays open 24/7 also it’s cashless throughout the whole facility.

We had such a fantastic experience at the Great Wolf Lodge in Phoenix! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and perfect for families. The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained the entire stay. I especially want to recognize Delaina, who works at the day pass booth. No matter how long the line was, Delaina was always friendly, welcoming, and patient with everyone. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality really stood out and made the start of our day feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s team members like Delaina who make a great place even better. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Great Wolf Lodge Phoenix to anyone looking for a fun family getaway!

It is a really nice place to go with small or young kids. Hallways and some areas are not super clean but I think it is reasonable due to the great quantity of kids around. Bathrooms all over the place however are super clean. They keep them clean and dry alm the time. Food is OK. Pizza is good. It is a bit pricey but nothing crazy. Like a pizza is about $24 dlls but it is a big pizza to feed 2-3 people. I did not like too much that they charge you for parking but meh, once in there you have to pay regardless. Waterpark is really nice. We loved that there are attractions for kids of all sizes. We loved that all lifeguards are super attentive to any whatsoever incidents. All the other activities within the hotel I can't really judge them since we did not used them except for the arcade which was nice because the games really give you enough tickets to buy the kids some mini toys and that makes them so happy.

Was a great weekend getaway. Weather made it perfect for the outdoor pool (leaving wisconsin in January to go to the upper 70s). Staff was great. Prices on everything was as expected at a pool hotel. Had an overnight issue that caused an evacuation, there was no questions asked on a room refund for the night. The places was definitely designed for kids to enjoy themselves and thats exactly what happened on a daily basis. Definitely would stay there again if I were to return to the area!

Took my 3 granddaughters last weekend it was fun. They enjoyed themselves tremendously. We didn’t do a fancy room. Had the two bed which was more than enough because we weren’t in the room at all anyway. They enjoyed the waterpark and the activities in between. They really enjoyed yoga in the morning. I love that everything was kid focused throughout the entire resort my eight-year-old liked using her own room key card to open the door for us. The breakfast buffet was not great at all, And very overpriced. I felt as though the food by the pool area seemed like standard pricing. I was overcharged for parking three times and had to contact customer service to correct it. Which they corrected this immediately. I will definitely return with my girls next year. Parking is horrible and hard to find a spot

This was our first time staying at Great Wolf Lodge, and it had always been on our bucket list—overall, it was a great experience. Our kids are a bit older now, and I’d say this resort is especially ideal for children ages 4–10. There are so many interactive activities running throughout the day to keep younger kids entertained. Between the arcade, adventure park, and the impressive water facilities—with both indoor and outdoor pools—there’s no shortage of fun. We spent an entire day at the waterpark, and our kids absolutely loved it. One of the tube slides was unlike anything we’ve experienced before! We also really appreciated having both indoor and outdoor pool options. The location is fantastic—close to Target and several other restaurants. The beautiful USS Midway Memorial Gardens are right next door and definitely worth visiting. That said, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of gluten-free dining options. Our son has celiac disease, and there were very limited choices available. The only substantial option was a cauliflower crust pizza that cost $20 USD for about four small pieces, which felt overpriced and insufficient. The waterpark policy states that outside food and beverages aren’t allowed, but we were thankfully permitted to bring some snacks due to our son’s dietary restrictions, which we appreciated. The overall price of the stay felt reasonable for everything included, and we’re glad we had the opportunity to experience it. However, the $20 parking fee was frustrating and seemed excessive. Despite a few drawbacks, we had a memorable stay and are happy we finally checked it off our list.

My family and I had a great time here. The check-in process was very easy and the girl was so nice! We had a family suite and it was perfect. My grandkids loved the themed bunk-bed area. The waterpark was so much fun and offered something for everyone. The lifeguards were obviously trained and knew what they were doing. The food and drink was pretty good and very reasonably priced compared to other similar type places. Disney is triple the price and the food is awful. I couldn't believe how clean the restrooms were throughout the property. Usually waterpark restrooms are disgusting. Not here. The grandkids had a blast (as did I) with all the activities and especially the adventure with the wand. Talk about getting your steps in. If you are a family looking to have a great time I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Awesome facility and services! Ability to use facilities before and after checkout is genius and so perfect for families. Rooms are quiet and super clean. Food is expensive but worth it and Campfire Kitchen breakfast buffet was so good with amazing omelets made to order by Adam. Top that off with Judy B running the show! Bothe were amazing!!
